It's natural to want to set our own agenda.  We may have certain notions of what our church should or shouldn't do in order to engage in life-giving ministry.  But as we begin to listen and learn, we will need to let go of our own agendas and preconceived notions of what God is calling us to do.  We will need to be open to the (perhaps) surprising ways God will invite us to participate in God's mission.
