Shalom is a beautiful word. It means "peace." But it is about so much more than mere absence of hostility. Shalom is about wholeness. Well-being. Fullness of life.
Shalom is what God wants for the world. Shalom is also what God wants for you as a leader.
Unfortunately, many pastors and ministry leaders lack shalom in their own lives and, as a result, their churches fail to experience the shalom of God. Consequently, they fail to bring shalom into the world.
But it doesn't have to be like that. You can lead from a place of wholeness, well-being, and fullness of life. And you can lead you ministry to bring God's wholeness, well-being, and fullness of life into the world.
